"Torta caprese" is a traditional Italian, rich, dense chocolate and ground almonds cake named for the island of Capri from which it originates, and popular in Naples. Baking is my passion...I create a range of homemade traditional Italian cakes and full sized Celebration Cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, christenings etc.
I started this as a hobby few years ago, I'm very passionate about what I do and I always look forward to my next delicious project.
